Fast, honest delivery is part of what you pay for at Xperts Agency. These are the timelines we commit to:

Small projects — within 24 hours

Quick tasks and small projects that need little build time — a landing page fix, a small design job, a quick setup or configuration — are delivered within 24 hours of your order being confirmed and your material received.

Standard websites — within 48 hours

A standard business website of up to 5 pages is designed, built and delivered within 48 hours, ready to go live.

Large projects — within 15 days

For anything bigger — large websites, full eCommerce stores, complete branding or marketing systems — you can book a project meeting instantly through WhatsApp or our order page. We lock the scope together in that meeting, and whatever the size, we deliver within 15 days of the project start. We never drag a project beyond 15 days.

How delivery works

• Delivery means a live link to your finished work plus the agreed files and access handed over to you.
• Timelines start when we have your content, images and any logins the project needs. If we are waiting on material from you, the clock pauses until it arrives.
