Refund Policy

We want ordering from Xperts Agency to feel risk-free. This refund policy is simple and it is the one we actually follow:

If we have not started your work — full refund

If you change your mind before we begin, or you are not happy with anything before the start, you receive a 100% refund. No deductions, no questions, no hard feelings.

If work has started — you only pay for what is done

If your project is under way when a refund is requested, we work out fairly what has been completed up to that point, plus any expenses already incurred on your project, and refund you everything else. The calculation is done openly with you, at that time, based on the actual work delivered and costs spent — you never pay for work you did not receive.

Expenses

Third-party costs already paid for your project (for example a domain name, hosting, premium licences or advertising spend) cannot be recovered from those providers, so they count as expenses in the calculation above.

Our side of the deal

If we ever cannot deliver what was agreed, you are entitled to the same fair calculation — and for any part we did not deliver at all, a full refund of that part.
