Terms of Service

These terms cover every service ordered from Xperts Agency — web design and development, eCommerce, SEO, paid advertising, branding and design, content, business formation support, AI automation and social media management. By placing an order (through our website, WhatsApp or email) you agree to them.

Starting a project

Work begins once the scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing (order confirmation, message or email) and any agreed advance payment is received. If the scope changes mid-project, we agree the extra work and cost with you before doing it — no surprises.

Delivery

Our delivery commitments are set out in our Delivery Policy: small projects within 24 hours, standard 5-page websites within 48 hours, and larger projects within 15 days. Timelines run from the moment we have everything we need from you (content, images, access).

Your responsibilities

• Provide your content, brand assets and account access on time.
• Give feedback within the agreed review windows so the project keeps moving.
• Make sure any content you give us is yours to use.

Revisions

Every package includes the revision rounds stated in its description. We keep revising within those rounds until the work matches the agreed scope.

Ownership

Once your final payment is complete, the finished deliverables (designs, website, content) are yours. Until then they remain the property of Xperts Agency. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: if we have not started, you are refunded in full; if work is under way, we deduct only the work done and expenses incurred and refund the rest.

Liability

We work to professional standards and fix any defect in our delivered work. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version live on this page applies to new orders. Existing projects continue under the terms they started with.
